Arena Accessibility
All entrances and restrooms at Intuit Dome are ADA accessible.
Accessible Seating
Accessible seating is available at Intuit Dome in all ticket price categories, based on availability. Fans purchasing accessible seating may purchase companion seating as well. See your closest Arena Host for assistance with any accessibility needs.

Assisted Listening Devices (ALDs)
Assisted Listening Devices (ALDs) are available to fans at no charge for all Intuit Dome events. Assisted listening devices can be retrieved at the Answers Portal located on the Main level near section Main 6 or on the Terrace Level near section Terrace 18. Valid identification, such as a driver’s license, will be required and held for the duration of the event to ensure the return of the device.
Audio Description
Audio descriptors are available upon request for Intuit Dome events. To schedule audio descriptors for an upcoming event, please contact the Answers Portal at [email protected]. Intuit Dome requests that fans provide a fourteen (14) day notice prior to the event date in order to schedule an Audio Descriptor. Requests made inside of fourteen (14) days does not guarantee an interpreter can be acquired.
Closed Captioning
Closed captioning is available during Intuit Dome events when applicable. For assistance in finding our closed captioning area, please visit the Answers Portal located on the Main level near section Main 6 or on the Terrace Level near section Terrace 18.
Hearing Assistance
American Sign Language Interpreters are available upon request for Intuit Dome events. To schedule an ASL Interpreter for an upcoming event, please contact the Answers Portal at [email protected]. Intuit Dome requests that fans provide a fourteen (14) day notice prior to the event date in order to schedule an ASL Interpreter. Requests made inside of fourteen (14) days may not guarantee an interpreter can be acquired.
Mobility Assistance
Complimentary mobility assistance is available to assist fans from the Intuit Dome security screening entrance to their seats and back on event days. To request mobility assistance, please ask any Arena Host upon entering Intuit Dome or visit the Answers Portal on the Main Level near section Main 6 or on the Terrace Level near section Terrace 18.
Service Animals
Trained service animals are welcome inside Intuit Dome, provided they remain on a leash, tether, or in a harness at all times unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the person’s disability prevents the use of these devices. A fan whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other Intuit Dome fans or Team Members, may be asked to escort the animal(s) off the premises. During their visit, the service animal(s) should sit in the fan’s lap, or under their seat. If the animal does not fit on a lap or under the seat, Intuit Dome fans should purchase tickets in our wheelchair accessible rows, as same day ticket exchange for accessible seating is very limited and may not be available. Alcohol Policy
Alcohol is only sold to fans 21 years or older, with valid identification.
A maximum of two (2) alcoholic beverages per person per transaction may be purchased.
Alcohol sales for all Intuit Dome events will be terminated at the discretion of Intuit Dome Management.
Management reserves the right to refuse service to fans who appear to be showing signs of impairment or who are disturbing other fans.
We accept only the following forms of identification:
● A valid driver’s license or non-driver identification card issued by the United States Government, a State Government, Commonwealth, Possession or Territory of the United States or a Provincial Government of Canada
● A valid passport
● A valid U.S. military ID

Bag Policy
We highly encourage our fans to leave personal bags at home. Fans are only permitted to bring a personal clutch no larger than 4” x 6” x 1.5”. For medical and childcare bags, please inform a Team Member upon entry. Medical and childcare bag exceptions up to 14” x 14” x 5” must be screened by an onsite X-Ray machine.
Baby Bags/Bottles/Formula: Baby bags, plastic bottles, and formula are permitted into Intuit Dome. Please note that some events may enforce a modified bag policy. Please see the specific event page or contact the Answers Portal at [email protected] for further information.
Bicycle Policy
For events occurring at Intuit Dome, bicycle parking is available to all fans on a first-come, first-serve basis. Bicycle parking is available onsite. Please see an Arena Host for location(s). Bicycles are to be parked at these designated locations. Bicycles parked anywhere else are subject to removal and confiscation.
Binoculars
Binoculars and their cases are permitted for most events. All items are subject to search upon arrival.

Camera / Video Policy
Professional cameras with interchangeable lenses will not be permitted, nor will GoPros, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks or interchangeable flash. Audio and video recording is strictly prohibited unless specifically approved by the event.
Children / Infants
Intuit Dome’s standard policy consist of: Children two (2) years of age and younger do not require a ticket to be admitted, the child must sit on an adult's lap, or they must have a ticket to for their own seat. Please note, some events (especially those intended for children) may have a different age policy. Please see the specific event page or email us at [email protected] for additional information.
*It is strongly encouraged, children thirteen (13) years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult with their ticket.
Code of Conduct
The National Basketball Association (NBA), Los Angeles Clippers and Intuit Dome seeks to foster a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable sports and entertainment experience in which:
● Players, performers, and Fans respect and appreciate each other.
● Fans will be treated in a professional and courteous manner by all arena and team personnel.
● Fans will enjoy the experience free from disruptive behavior, including foul or abusive language and obscene gestures.
● Fans will consume alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner. Intervention with an impaired, intoxicated, or underage fan will be handled in a prompt and safe manner.
● Fans will sit only in their ticketed seats and show their tickets when requested.
● Fans who engage in fighting, throwing objects, or attempting to enter the court will be immediately ejected from the arena, and/or arrested.
● Fans will respect the smoke-free environment.
● Obscene or indecent messages on signs or clothing will not be permitted.
● Fans will comply with requests from Intuit Dome Staff regarding Arena/Intuit Dome operations and emergency response procedures.
Intuit Dome staff have been trained to intervene when necessary to help ensure that the above expectations are met, and fans are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest arena host, security guard, or staff member. Fans who choose not to adhere to this Code of Conduct will be subject to penalty including, but not limited to, ejection without refund, revocation of their season tickets, and/or prevention from attending future games/events. They may also be in violation of local ordinances resulting in possible arrest and prosecution.

Intuit Dome will have a frictionless grab-and-go experience for all food and beverages purchased while on property.
Costume Policy
Any costumes or costume-like apparel must abide by the following regulations: Costume items may not conceal identity. Masks will not be allowed; fans must be easily identifiable. Limited face paint will be accepted.
Fans must be able to sit in their own seats and not impose upon / disturb any fan in their area. No stilts or oversized costumes will be permitted.
All costume pieces are subject to additional security screening.
Helmets or hats cannot be made of metal, PVC, fiberglass, glass, or wood.
Replica weapons, including swords, firearms (air guns, cap guns, nerf guns etc.), spikes, blades, or any poking hazard will not be permitted.
Intuit Dome and its management team has the sole discretion in any matter that it believes may affect public safety or be important to protect the integrity of the event. All final decisions on costumes entering the facility will be at the discretion of its management team.

Disturbances
All fans must maintain reasonable and appropriate behavior at all times. Fans using offensive language or engaging in disorderly conduct may be ejected from Intuit Dome and may be subject to arrest. Ejected fans will not receive a refund for their tickets or be otherwise compensated in any way.
Disturbances include, but are not limited to, the following:
● Standing on chairs
● Placing fans on shoulders
● Drunk or disorderly conduct
● Fighting or challenging others to fight
● “Mooning” or exposing private body parts
● Interference with or delay of the game/event
● Violation of Intuit Dome’s event policies
● Violation of the local, state, and federal laws and statutes
● Igniting and display of flames, i.e. lighters/matches, within Intuit Dome
● Attempting to enter the field of play, court, stage or backstage areas without permission
● Throwing, discharging, or launching any liquid substance or objects
● Willfully and maliciously disturbing another fan or Team Members with loud & unreasonable noise
● Using profanity and/or offensive words, which are likely to provoke a violent reaction from others
● Taunting or using offensive language against the players, referees, or performers

Door Opening Times

Elevators
There are fan elevators throughout Intuit Dome that allow access from the doors to every level. Upon arrival, speak with an Arena Host Team Member for the most convenient elevator to access your seats. Mobility impaired fans will be given first priority.
Emergency Evacuation
In the event of an emergency, please observe the information displayed on the video board and announced on the public-address system and the assisted listening devices. Intuit Dome Team Members have been trained in evacuation procedures to ensure the security and safety of all fans, performers and Team Members.

Entry Inspections
All fans entering the arena are subject to security screening conducted by Intuit Dome Security Team Members. Please visit the Prohibited Items Section for a full list of items reviewed during inspection. Strollers & wheelchair storage will remain in designated areas. Please ask any Arena Host or visit the Answers Portal on the Main Level near section Main 6 or on the Terrace Level near section Terrace 18.
Escalators/Stairs
There are fan escalators connecting from Main Level to Terrace Level. For fans who wish to utilize stairs, there are stairwells available to the general public within Intuit Dome.

First Aid
Trained Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) are available to assist any fan in need at all Intuit Dome events. Additionally, Intuit Dome is equipped with Automatic External Defibrillators (AED) located in various locations throughout the facility. Designated Team Members; including our EMT staff, have been properly trained and certified to use the AED. In the event of a medical emergency, please contact an Arena Host for assistance.

● Main Level Concourse: Main 6
● Terrace Level Concourse: Terrace 18
Food and Beverage
Intuit Dome does not allow outside food or beverage to be brought into the arena. If you have a dietary request or restrictions, please email us at [email protected]. We will always do our best to accommodate so that every fan has food and beverage options.
We highly encourage you to bring an empty sustainable water bottle smaller than a quart to use at one of our many bottle refill stations at Intuit Dome.

Please be advised pyrotechnics, flashing lights, lasers, fog, and loud noises may be used as part of the entertainment during games or concerts. The use of these items by fans at events is prohibited.

Prohibited Items
For the safety and enjoyment of all Guests, items NOT permitted inside INTUIT DOME include:
● Large banners and flags that are affixed to any pole or stick made of wood, metal, plastic, or any other hard material, and that is more than 11” x 17” in size.
● Whistles and horns. Whistles, foghorns/airhorns and plastic horns, such as vuvuzelas and didgeridoos.
● Laser pointers or any similar devices.
● Optical Illusions. Items intended to create optical illusions or interfere with the ability of the eye to perceive depth or distance, such as pin wheels or umbrellas.
● Weapons (e.g., firearms, tasers/stun guns, and knives of all sizes);
● Aerosol cans;
● Fireworks;
● Frisbees;
● Beverages;
● Mace or Pepper Spray.
● Poles, selfie-sticks, tripods, monopods, and missile-like objects that can be thrown;
● Tripods;
● Beach balls;
● Bats and clubs;
● Drones;
● Professional and/or commercial cameras with interchangeable or detachable lenses;
● Audio/visual recording devices (includes GoPro, Google Glass, Spectacles etc.);
● Clothing, garments or signs displaying explicit language, profanity, or derogatory characterization towards any person(s);
● Illegal substances;
● Any bags within the required size limits are required to be screened with X-ray technology; and
● Any items arena deems, in its discretion, to be dangerous.

Public Transit
Intuit Dome will provide shuttle service between Intuit Dome and the Metro C Line Hawthorne/Lennox Station, in addition to the Metro K Line's Downtown Inglewood station. The shuttle service will drop off and pick up attendees at the designated drop-off/pick-up pull-out lane on the east side of Prairie Avenue, immediately adjacent to the Intuit Dome outdoor plaza.

Restrooms
Intuit Dome has more restrooms than any arena. Universal restrooms and infant care rooms are throughout Intuit Dome. Intuit Dome uses reclaimed water in urinals and toilets as part of our water conservation efforts. Men’s, women’s, and universal restrooms have baby changing stations.

Signs / Banners / Posters / Flags
Unless otherwise specified by teams and/or event officials/management, Intuit Dome welcomes fans bringing small signs, banners, posters, and flags inside the building to show fan support during events. The following guidelines relate to these items:
● Item must be related to the event
● Item may not be attached to a stick/pole
● Item may not be larger than 11”x17” in size
● Item may not obstruct any sponsor or advertiser signage
● Item may not be hung, attached, or displayed on any part of the building
● Item may not contain or display obscene/offensive language and/or pictures, as determined by Intuit Dome management
● Item may not be constructed or displayed in a manner that may obstruct the view of other Fans or in any way creates a safety hazard for others as determined by Intuit Dome management.
Smoke Free Environment
Intuit Dome is a smoke-free environment. All forms of smoking, including vaping and e-cigarettes, are prohibited inside the arena and anywhere on property. Smoking inside Intuit Dome will result in ejection.

Earth Assist is the sustainability program for the LA Clippers and Intuit Dome. Earth Assist has five focus areas – Energy, Transportation, Water, Food, and Waste – with projects focused on minimizing carbon emissions through building design, operations, and community engagement. We encourage all fans to bring their own refillable water bottle, 1 quart or less, to events at Intuit Dome as we are looking to reduce our carbon footprint (I.E. Yeti, Hydro flask, etc.). Any content inside refillable water bottles must be disposed of before Intuit Dome’s Security Screening.

Ticket Purchasing
Intuit Dome does not have a traditional box office to purchase tickets. All tickets must be purchased online to attend an Intuit Dome event. We recommend purchasing through our ticketing partner Ticketmaster or directly from the LA Clippers + Intuit Dome app.

Intuit Dome is designed to get fans into their seats. We ask fans to refrain from standing in the hallway for safety and emergency precautions.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted through security screening. Weapons
