You MUST download the Intuit Dome app and create an account in order to access your tickets and the venue. You will be asked for basic information, including your name, email, and phone number. Complete your profile to unlock a $10 Food & Beverage credit that can be redeemed at any of our concessions.

To gain access into the venue, you will need your GameFace ID saved in your profile or you must have your Identity Pass saved to your phone. 
 

● GameFace ID – GameFace ID allows you to Zoom Thru the entrance so you can leave your phone in your pocket and just walk right on in. To set your GameFace ID, follow the steps during the profile completion process, take a selfie when prompted and save it. It’s that easy.

● Identity Pass – If you don’t have GameFace ID, then your Intuit Dome Identity Pass is your key to gaining access to the venue. Identity Pass requires you to have your phone in hand and your Identity Pass ready to tap upon entry. Once you complete your profile, you must add your Identity Pass to your Wallet (go to My Account Settings > My Identity Pass).

Teammates accounts are ideal for children under 13 years old or any person who requires your assistance. Teammate accounts should be set up before entering Intuit Dome (go to My Profile > My Account Settings > Teammate Accounts). Your Teammates can be given Zoom Thru bands in order to help them move seamlessly around the venue. Please see a Host at the Main Entrance for assistance.

Intuit Dome is a cashless arena. You must upload your preferred method of payment to your profile to seamlessly enter and exit our concession and retail stores. Otherwise, you must tap your credit card on the Zoom Thru devices at the entrances and exits of the stores. Watch now.

IMPORTANT - If you have more than one event ticket in your account, you must "Transfer" or "Assign" tickets to your guest(s).

Every attendee needs an Intuit Dome account and ticket on their phone. A unique Intuit Dome account is needed for each person attending the show. 

If you are the owner of event tickets, you can either ‘Transfer’ or ‘Assign’ tickets to your guest(s). Transfer and Assign are two separate actions:
 

● When you Transfer ticket(s), you are no longer the owner of the tickets and will not be able to reclaim them once the recipient has accepted them. We suggest using this option if you bought the tickets for someone else or have sold the tickets. Watch now.

●  When you Assign ticket(s), you remain the owner of the tickets and maintain the ability to reclaim any tickets you assign. We suggest using this option if you are unsure if someone you invited can still attend the event. This way, if they can't attend, you can easily reclaim the ticket and assign it to someone else. Watch now.
 

Each individual guest MUST download the Intuit Dome app and create a profile to access their tickets once they've been Transferred or Assigned. They will also need to have their GameFace ID completed or their Identity Pass saved on their phone.

If you're a parent or guardian attending the show with minors under 13 or guests who need your assistance, add them as Teammate accounts.
