Frequently Asked Questions

TICKETS

How can I purchase a ticket to an upcoming event?

Intuit Dome does not have a traditional box office to purchase tickets. All tickets must be purchased online to attend an Intuit Dome event. We recommend purchasing through our ticketing partner Ticketmaster or directly from the LA Clippers + Intuit Dome app.

How do I access my ticket?

Event tickets will appear on the Intuit Dome app no later than 2 weeks prior to your event. In order to access your mobile ticket and ensure you get the best experience possible, you’ll need to download the Intuit Dome app, create an account & complete your profile.

Where is my ticket barcode?

No barcode is required for entry to Intuit Dome events. As long as you have a valid ticket linked to your account and either a GameFace ID created or an Identity Pass downloaded or added to your wallet, you will be able to enter the arena.

How do I transfer or assign tickets?

In the Intuit Dome app, go to MY TICKETS and select "Transfer” (you may need to scroll down).

Keep in mind - 'Transfer' and 'Assign' are two separate actions:

Transfer:
When you Transfer ticket(s), you are no longer the owner of the tickets and will not be able to reclaim them once the recipient has accepted them. We suggest using this option if you bought the tickets for someone else or have sold the tickets. How to Transfer a Ticket.

Assign:
When you Assign ticket(s), you remain the owner of the tickets and maintain the ability to reclaim any tickets you assign. We suggest using this option if you are unsure if someone you invited can still attend the event. This way, if they can't attend, you can easily reclaim the ticket and assign it to someone else. How to Assign a Ticket.

All guests need their own Intuit Dome account and must complete GameFace ID or download their Identity Pass to access the venue. For minors or those needing assistance, use Teammate accounts.

How do I accept a transferred or assigned ticket?

Assigned Ticket:
When a ticket is assigned to you, you’ll be notified via text or email — depending on how your ticket was sent. In either the text or email message, you’ll see a link that directs you to the LA Clippers + Intuit Dome app. Click the link to open the app, then either log in to your existing account or create a new one.

Once the app is open, tap “My Tickets” in the top left corner of the homepage. Accept the Terms & Conditions (if it’s your first time viewing this page). Next, you’ll see a banner that reads “Tickets To Be Accepted” and a “View” button. Tap the “View” button to see a preview of your ticket. To accept the ticket, simply click “Accept”.

Transferred Ticket:
You’ll receive an email with the subject line “It’s Time: Accept Your Tickets Now”. Open the email and click the “Accept Tickets” button. From there, you’ll be directed to the “My Tickets” section in the LA Clippers + Intuit Dome app, where you’ll see a banner notifying you that a ticket has been transferred to your account.

From there, you can either view the ticket details or accept the transfer. To accept, simply click the “Accept Ticket” button.

How do I find my section & row?

In the LA Clippers + Intuit Dome app, tap the menu in the top left corner of the home page and go to “My Tickets”. Select your upcoming event for additional details. Your digital ticket will display your Section, Row, and Seat numbers.

Complete your profile in 3 easy steps:

1. Verify your email – Enter your preferred email address and tap “submit”. A verification code will be sent to that address. Enter the code and tap “Confirm My Account.”

2. Enter your personal information – Fill in your first name, last name, date of birth, phone number, country, and zip code. Set and confirm your password, then tap “Continue.”

3. Confirm your phone number - Enter the verification code sent to you via text message to complete your account creation.

From there, you can set up your GameFace ID or Identity Pass, which is how you gain entry to the venue. Lastly, you can add your preferred payment method on file for quick access to our frictionless stores.

How do I enter Intuit Dome?

GameFace ID or Identity Pass is your ticket to the event. Set up your GameFace ID to enable a seamless experience, so you can walk right in. Or, you can download Identity Pass to tap from your digital wallet.

*GameFace ID is optional and not required to attend an event at Intuit Dome.

What if I don’t have a smartphone or smart device?

To enter without a smartphone or smart device, you have two options:

1. If you have a companion who has a smartphone or smart device and an Intuit Dome account with a valid ticket, they can add you as a Teammate (also known as a dependent) to their account. They can assign you a ticket for entry. Keep in mind - Teammates must enter the venue with the person who assigned their ticket.

2. Or, to enter the venue without a smartphone or Teammate account, we ask that you stop by the Answers Portal close to the entry. There, you’ll find helpful Hosts who can set up a wearable wristband (Zoom Thru band) to unlock the same walk-through services at entry and concessions.

What if I can’t see my tickets after creating an account?

Make sure you created your Intuit Dome account using the same email address associated with your Ticketmaster account, as the two accounts are linked.

You’ll also need to complete your profile in the Intuit Dome app to access your tickets. If you were sent tickets by someone else, check with them to confirm they used the correct contact information associated with your account. If you’re still having trouble, contact us at [email protected] or call 1-888-311-0231.

What is a Teammate Account?

Teammate accounts are ideal for children under 13 years old or any person who requires your assistance.  Teammate accounts should be set up before entering Intuit Dome by navigating to: My Profile > My Account Settings > Teammate Accounts.

Your Teammates can be given Zoom Thru bands in order to help them move seamlessly around the venue. Please see a Team Member at the Main Entrance for assistance.
