
CLIPPER NATION REWARDS Terms Of Use

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY, AS THEY APPLY TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE CLIPPER NATION REWARDS PROGRAM. YOU AGREE THAT BY PARTICIPATING IN THE CLIPPER NATION REWARDS PROGRAM, YOU EXPRESSLY CONSENT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE AND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED HEREIN. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU CANNOT PARTICIPATE IN THE CLIPPER NATION REWARDS PROGRAM.
The Clipper Nation Rewards Program (the “Program”) is offered by LA Clippers LLC ("Team" or "we"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to our Clipper Nation Rewards Program described below, as accessed through the LA Clippers + Intuit Dome Mobile Application ("App"). These Terms are a legal and binding agreement between you and Team governing your participation in the Program, and which includes its content, information, services, and features. Participation in the Program is subject to compliance with the below terms and conditions, as well as any additional terms and conditions established by Team, the NBA, any operator of the Arena or related activities in connection with the Program (collectively, the “Prevailing Terms”). Prevailing Terms include the terms set forth at: www.intuitdome.com/legal/terms-of-use, and any terms governing use of the App (incorporated herein by reference). To the extent there is a conflict between these Terms and the Prevailing Terms, the Prevailing Terms shall apply. Any other provisions of the Prevailing Terms not addressed herein shall otherwise govern your participation in the Program. Additional information concerning the Program is available on the Clipper Nation Rewards webpage at https://www.nba.com/clippers/rewards#faq (the “Program Website”). The terms, conditions, and limitations described on the Program Website are incorporated herein by reference and apply to your participation in the Program. By enrolling in the Program, you (individually and collectively, “you” or “your”) acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms as follows:
1. ELIGIBILITY. The Program is available to individuals for their personal use only and is limited to one (1) Account (as defined below) per individual. Corporations, associations, or other groups may not participate in the Program. Individuals who are residents of the United States and at least thirteen (13) years or older and who create and maintain a valid Account (as described below) are eligible to participate in the Program.
2. ENROLLMENT. You may enroll in the Program by downloading the App and follow the prompts to create an account (“Account”). In order to create an Account and participate in the Program, you must provide Team with your first and last name, email address, phone number, date of birth, country of residence, and zip code. To earn Points (as defined below) on qualifying purchases and to redeem certain Rewards (as defined below), you may be required to set up GameFace ID, complete age verification, add a payment method, and save your Account Identity Pass to your mobile device wallet. Your Account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with family, friends, or others. You may only have one (1) Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information you hold for your Account including, without limitation, a password. You agree to notify Team immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account, or any other breach of security. You may be held liable for losses incurred by Team or any other Program user or visitor due to someone else using your Account due to your failure to keep your login information secure and confidential.
3. REWARDS TIERS; EARNING POINTS AND REWARDS.
a. Rewards Tiers. There are five (5) rewards tiers in the Program (each, a “Rewards Tier”). Each Rewards Tier enjoys a variety of benefits made available by Team in its sole discretion from time to time (“Benefits”). Benefits may vary by Rewards Tier and some Rewards Tiers may have more Benefits than others. The type, timing, and availability of any Benefits (including, without limitation, Rewards (as defined below), special offers, sweepstakes, special experiences, exclusive events and advance access to tickets, merchandise, and other products) will be determined by Team in its sole discretion. Team may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit or modify the Rewards Tier rules, regulations, benefits, eligibility, or any other feature of a particular Rewards Tier or may terminate a particular Rewards Tier at any time in its sole discretion, without prior notice except as expressly set out in these Terms or as required by applicable law.
b. Earning Points.
i. Achieving each Rewards Tier status requires completion of various missions (“Missions”) to earn points (“Points”). Missions are determined by Team in its sole discretion and focus on Team’s fan engagement including, without limitation, early arrival times at the Arena, purchasing LA Clippers home game tickets, and making qualifying purchases during LA Clippers home games at the Arena with your Account. Qualifying purchases require the use of GameFace ID, Identity Pass, or a Zoom Thru band to earn Points. Qualifying purchases will earn one (1) Point for every two (2) dollars of each purchase subtotal. Online purchases do not qualify for Points. Earned Points will be removed from your Account in the event of a refund or return of a qualifying purchase. Points cannot be transferred or combined with another individual holding an Account. Missions may be added, modified, or removed at any time by Team for any reason.
ii. Your Account profile page contains all information related to the Program, including Mission completion status, the Benefits associated with your Rewards Tier, and your progress made towards the next Rewards Tier. Your Account profile page can be accessed by logging into your Account on the App.
c. Points Expiration. All earned Points will expire each July unless your Account is revoked or otherwise cancelled pursuant to these Terms. Points and Rewards Tier status earned during a particular NBA season will not be transferred to the following NBA season. If you have questions regarding your Reward activity, please check the ‘Settings’ page within your Account profile on the App or send an email to theanswersportal@intuitdome.com.
4. REWARDS. As part of the Benefits for participating in the Program, earned Points may unlock certain rewards made available by Team from time to time in its sole discretion (“Rewards”). Rewards are issued to you if you have enough Points in your Account for the specific Reward. Unless otherwise set forth by Team, Rewards in the form of discounts must be redeemed through use of your Account at the Arena. For clarity, you must use your GameFace ID, Identity Pass, or Zoom Thru band when redeeming such Reward discounts at the Arena. Only one (1) Reward may be redeemed per transaction (as applicable) and cannot be combined with any other offers, coupons, or promotions. Rewards redeemed on purchases that are later refunded or returned will not be issued back to your Account. Rewards are non-transferrable and cannot be sold, returned, or exchanged for Points, cash, gift card, or any other item of value. Team is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged Rewards. You acknowledge and agree you are solely responsible for any taxes incurred by you relating to the receipt of Rewards. Reward expiration dates vary by Reward type, and all Reward details shall be determined by Team in its sole discretion. Rewards are subject to change, alteration, substitution, or termination by Team in its sole discretion at any time.
5. CERTAIN REWARDS. Rewards may be subject to additional terms and conditions and may include the following:
a. Commerce Rewards. Various merchandise, food, and beverage discounts (“Commerce Rewards”) will be awarded in different Rewards Tiers during the progression of the Program.
b. Special Experiences. Special experiences, or entries into sweepstakes to win special experiences, may be offered as Rewards in Team’s sole discretion (“Special Experience Rewards”).
c. Tickets. LA Clippers tickets or Intuit Dome tour tickets may be offered as Rewards in Team’s sole discretion (“Ticket Rewards”).
d. Arena Access. Special access to the Arena including, without limitation, access to clubs, paid parking lots, or other Arena spaces may be offered as Rewards (“Arena Access Rewards”).
e. Surprise and Delight. Surprise and delight offers may be issued throughout the year and bonus offers based on your engagement with the Program and Account settings (“Surprise and Delight Rewards”).
6. OPT-OUT. You have the right to opt-out of the Program at any time. To opt-out, please visit https://laclippers-forms.formstack.com/forms/cnr_optout and complete the opt-out notice form. Opting out of the Program will delete your data shared in connection with the Program and will not delete your Account. For clarity, any Points earned prior to the effective date of the opt-out will remain on your Account. To delete your Account, please refer to the Prevailing Terms.
7. PROGRAM OWNERSHIP. All Program design, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, information, the selection and arrangement thereof, and all materials featured, displayed, contained and available on or through the Program (collectively, “Content”) is owned or licensed to Team and is protected by U.S, and international copyright laws. The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement and assembly) of all Content is the exclusive property of Team and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. All software used in connection with the Program is the property of Team or its third-party suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Unless otherwise indicated directly as part of the Content, permission is granted to electronically copy and to print in hard copy portions of the Content for the sole purpose of accessing the Program and the services provided therein for personal use. Any other use of Content—including reproduction, modification, distribution, republishing, transmission, displayer performance—without the prior written permission of Team is strictly prohibited.
8. MODIFICATION. By joining the Program, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any modifications we may make from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of these Terms. If we make material changes, we will provide you with additional notice (such as by adding a statement to our websites or sending you a notification). Unless we say otherwise in our notice, the amended Terms will be effective immediately, and your continued use of our services after we provide such notice will confirm your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately stop using our services. You should review these Terms and the related policies and https://www.nba.com/clippers/rewards#faq to understand the terms and conditions that apply to the Program, as they may change from time to time. By enrolling in the Program, you also agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy and the Prevailing Terms, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Prevailing Terms, you cannot participate in the Program. The Program is void where prohibited by law.
9. TERMINATION AND/OR REMOVAL FROM PROGRAM. Team reserves the right to exclude individuals from the Program, remove Points from Accounts and/or cancel Accounts that violate these Terms in its sole discretion. In particular, any abuse, manipulation or “gaming” of the Program or its rules (as determined by Team) including attempts for multiple redemptions of Rewards by the same individual, failure to follow any terms of the Program, including, but not limited to the eligibility requirements, reselling Rewards, any misrepresentation or any conduct detrimental to the interests of Team not otherwise protected by law may subject members to removal from the Program or deduction of Points obtained through these abusive or manipulative activities, and will affect eligibility for further participation in the Program. Team monitors and identifies activities that violate these Terms, the Prevailing Terms, and other applicable policies. Team uses this data to help it make decisions regarding participation in the Program and awarding of Points. Participation in the Program is non-transferable and Rewards must be made by the individual Account holder. If a Reward is revoked or participation in the Program otherwise cancelled, any Points in the affected Account will automatically expire. Team reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check or review these Terms from time to time to keep informed of any changes. By joining the Program, you hereby agree to be bound by any such changed Terms.
